![]() ![]() We love to ski, so we had a couple nights' visit to Big Sky Ski resort in Montana. We like to gamble, so we stopped in every casino in a reasonable distance without messing up our planned route. Even though I am not a fan, I think Lambo Field is an historical stadium so I went. On the way on the trip, we went to a Packers game. ![]() We live in Michigan so we have been to the East Coast, before but we never have been west of Iowa. I think we put over 7,000 miles on it in two weeks. I did one cross the USA trip in it with it buddy, and it was fun. I am sorry I forgot the brand name, but it is not Firestone or Michelin. I learned my lesson to never get that brand of tires again. I replaced the tires twice in 80,000 miles. I ran over literally half a staple (the tire change guy showed it to me, and I got a flat). The one major issue have with the cars is the tires. I am sure it would be useful for a lot of people besides me though. It also has Bluetooth capabilities, though I never once tried it. It also has a charging station/usb plug-in, which is really handy on long trips. That means I can at least throw in one more golf bag in my car. When there are people not in the back seat, the seats fold down. They say it is five-seat car, but it is extremely packed especially in the back seat with three people. I think the car has plenty of leg room up front, but in the back seat not so much. The radio is average with I think 180-watt speakers. I don't know off the distance it takes to make a circle. The acceleration is what you except from a small car. Overall, it has a 160 horsepower engine, which is a little bit more then average for a four cylinder. I got it for around $22,000 after taxes and fees. Another good thing is it was a decent value. A good thing about it is its gas mileage I am averaging 35 mpg. The top of the range, the Limited trim level added 17-inch alloys, Nappa luxury leather seats, heated front seats, a 2.4-liter 184 hp engine, keyless go, navigation and a 506-watt Alpine audio system. It is an average midsize vehicle. The SXT offered extra 16-inch alloys, a 6-speaker audio system, air conditioning, keyless entry, an 8.4-inch touch-screen infotainment system, a 6-speed automatic transmission and a 1.4-liter turbocharged engine offering 160 hp. An additional package was available for the SE trim level which included air conditioning, a Bluetooth connection for audio streaming and an automatic 6-speed transmission. The base level offered standard equipment such as a 160 hp 2.0-liter engine mated with a 6-speed manual transmission, a 4-speaker audio system, power windows, 15-inch steel wheels with plastic covers. The car was available with three trim levels: SE, SXT and Limited. The Dart was sold as the Fiat Viaggio on the non-US markets. The Dodge Dart made its appearance at the North American International Auto Show in Michigan. The solution for Chrysler was to merge to Fiat, thus the new model was built on a Fiat platform and was renamed Dodge Dart. The Dodge Dart released in 2012 was based on a concept car Chrysler released in in 2006 under the nameplate of Dodge Hornet.Įven though the Hornet was supposed to be released in 2010, Chrysler could no longer invest due to the 2009 financial crisis. ![]()
